Biography: Tom Harvey is president and chief executive officer of WIN Technologies, Inc., an educational services firm that provides service sector institutions with information systems and analyses to insure organizational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. He spent 15 years in banking, most recently with Society Corporation. He is co-author of
Quality Value Banking, Wiley, 1992, and has written and taught about the importance of service for various clients, including the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland; PNC Bank, Kentucky; the Savings Bank of Utica, New York; and Central State Bank in Muscatine, Iowa. He has also worked with the Center for Banking Education in the Russian Far East and has given presentations frequently at banking conferences and seminars across the country.
